숙성 바크의 제조공정은 원재료바트에서 영양원소가 풍부한 숙성녹비형태로 여러 단계를 거쳐 진행되어진다. 기본 원재료는 선별된 깨끗한 침엽수형 바크이며 6개월정도 소독과 안정화를 거쳐 최종 품질에 도달하게 된다.
